The National Trust of Australia and a grant from the Australian Government Department of Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities enabled the work to go ahead at the expert hands of specialist sub-contractor Carter Roofing & Slating.

Carter Roofing & Slating Pty Ltd restored the roof of the Queen Anne style federation building located at Victoria Avenue, Claremont. Our client Olympic Holdings Pty Ltd was awarded the winner of the HIA Australian Renovations/Additions Project of the year 2010.

The roof of a historic building (dating back to 1911) at Victoria Avenue, Claremont was restored by Carter Roofing Pty Ltd. The restoration of this property was the winner of the category '2010 Best Alterations and Additions over $1 million'.

One of our bigger current projects is Allhallows School is Brisbane. This project is being re-roofed in Penrhyn Welsh Slate imported from UK.

Carter Roofing and Slating Pty Ltd restored two inter-war period silos in Castle Hill, Sydney. This restoration won a Hornsby Shire Heritage award for 2009.
